David Ivey-Soto MBA, CEC, CCA: Alexandria, VA, United States; 703-504-6970 For over 25 years I have been in the foodservice industry. I have had the fortune to work in thirteen countries. I have been able to work in many different work environments. It has been a blessing. I have had the chance to mentor many culinarians along the way. It is always a joy to see them succeed! Now, it is time for me to give even more back. If given the honor to serve as National Secretary of the American Culinary Federation, it will be my mission to work to continue to build the organization for the member. Using technology, marketing, responsiveness, and inclusiveness, I want to see the ACF grow beyond our wildest dreams. At present I run three companies and am embarking on my Ph.D. in Organization and Management. I live in Alexandria, VA with my lovely and loving wife, Lisa and our wonderful dog Frijolita.
